Privacy Policy

How K2J LLC handles personal information across this website, our division websites, and the applications we publish.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy applies to K2J LLC (“K2J”, “we”, “us”), a Michigan limited liability company, and to every brand and product we operate: K2J Entertainment, Print Nation 3D, K2J Gaming, and the mobile and web applications we publish to the Apple App Store, Google Play and the web.

Where an individual application collects something this policy does not describe, that app's own store listing and in-app disclosures govern, and they are written to be consistent with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect as little as the product needs to work. In practice that falls into four groups.

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry details. Your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, when you email us, call us, or submit a form on one of our sites.
  • Booking and order details. Event dates, venues, service selections, shipping details and project specifications, when you book a division or order custom work.
  • Account details. Where an application offers an account, the identifier you register with — typically an email address or username — and any profile content you choose to add.
  • Support correspondence. What you send us when you report a problem, including any screenshots or logs you attach.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our web host records standard request data — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, and browser user-agent string. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
  • Device and diagnostic data. Applications may collect crash reports and basic technical data such as device model, operating system version and app version, so that failures can be diagnosed and fixed.

Payment information

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and by the Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchases. Those providers handle the card data under their own privacy policies; we receive only a confirmation of the transaction and the details needed for our records, such as the amount and the last four digits of the card.

Photographs and event media

Our event division photographs events it works, including photo booth sessions. Those images may be delivered to the client through an online gallery. Galleries are shared with the client who booked the event, and may be published publicly only with that client's consent. If you appear in an image and want it removed, email us and we will remove it.

2. How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide customer and technical support;
  • prepare quotes, fulfil bookings and orders, and deliver the services you engaged us for;
  • create, operate and secure accounts in our applications;
  • diagnose crashes and fix defects;
  • process payments and keep the financial and tax records the law requires;
  • send transactional messages about work in progress, such as confirmations and delivery notices;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We send marketing email only to people who asked for it, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about an active booking or order.

3. Children's privacy

Our websites and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Where an application is rated for a general audience, it is built not to request personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, email support@k2jentertainment.com and we will delete it.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that run infrastructure on our behalf — web and email hosting, payment processing, app distribution through Apple and Google, and crash reporting. They may use the data only to provide that service to us.
  • Event partners. Where a booking involves a partner vendor, we share the details that partner needs to perform their part of the event, such as the venue, date and timings.
  • Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena or other legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. If the company or a division is sold or merged, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction. This policy would continue to apply to the transferred information until the recipient gives notice of a change.

5. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client and project records: for the duration of the engagement and then as long as needed for warranty, dispute and tax purposes — generally seven years for financial records.
  • Application accounts: until you delete the account, or after a prolonged period of inactivity.
  • Server logs: typically a few weeks, per our host's rotation schedule.
  • Event galleries: as agreed with the client who booked the event, and removed on request.

6. Your rights and choices

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • give you a copy of it;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • stop sending you marketing email.

Email support@k2jentertainment.com with your request. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm the request comes from the person it concerns. We respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, and individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, have these rights by statute, including the right to object to certain processing and to complain to a supervisory authority. We extend the same rights to everyone rather than running separate processes.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so request a copy of your data before requesting deletion if you want one.

7. Security

Our sites are served over HTTPS. Access to client records and application data is limited to the people who need it to do the work, and administrative interfaces require authentication. We do not store payment card numbers.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. International transfers

We operate in the United States, and personal information we hold is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States, where privacy laws differ from those in your country.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. For a material change we will give notice through the affected application or site, or by email where we have your address. Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
